1 lb ground turkey

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat or gluten-free)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil spray (for grilling)

Burger buns of your choice

Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices for toppings

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, mashed avocado, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Use your hands or a spatula to mix until all ingredients are well combined.

    Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a burger patty, about 1 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
