1 cup large green olives (pitted)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined and creamy.

    Stuff the Olives: Use a small spoon or piping bag to carefully fill each green olive with the cheesy mixture. Make sure to pack the filling well but avoid overfilling to prevent spillage during cooking.

      Coat the Olives: Place the Panko breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. After filling the olives, roll each one in the breadcrumbs to ensure an even coating. For extra crispiness, you can re-coat them by dipping them back into the cheese mixture and rolling in the breadcrumbs again.

        Prepare the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
