Ingredients
  

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

8 egg roll wrappers

Cooking spray

Optional: sliced pickles, ketchup, and mustard for serving

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

    Sauté Vegetables: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef, cooking until the onion is translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

      Flavor it Up: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

        Add Cheese: Once slightly cooled, fold in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed throughout the meat mixture.

          Prepare Egg Rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, with one corner pointing towards you. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.

            Roll it Up: Fold the corner nearest to you over the filling, tucking it under slightly. Fold in the two side corners toward the center, and then roll it away from you to form a tight cylinder. Use a dab of water to seal the edge if necessary.

              Repeat: Continue this process until all the filling is used, placing rolled egg rolls seam-side down on a plate.

                Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

                  Air Fry: Arrange the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.

                    Cook: Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
