Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Prepare Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

Coat the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Add the wings to the bowl with the marinade and toss until they are well-coated.

Arrange in Air Fryer: Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Be sure not to overcrowd the basket for even cooking. Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to cook in batches.

Cook the Wings: Air fry the wings at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes. Flip the wings halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.

Crisp and Finish: For extra crispiness, you can use the 'crisp' or 'broil' setting for an additional 5 minutes at the end, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.

Serve: Once cooked, remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces!
