1 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

4 large whole wheat or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (for drizzle)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Prep the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into strips or bite-sized pieces for better cooking and flavor absorption.

    Marinate: In a bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure all chicken pieces are evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the fridge for more intense flavor.

      Air Fryer Setup: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Air Fry the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. The chicken should be crispy on the outside and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
