Ingredients
  

1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (adjust based on heat preference)

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt, to taste

Optional: 1 avocado, diced (for extra creaminess)

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, and red bell pepper.

    Add the chopped cilantro and squeeze the fresh lime juice over the mixture.

      Season with salt to taste. If using avocado, gently fold it in at this stage to avoid mashing it.

        Stir everything gently until well combined, ensuring all ingredients are coated with lime juice.

          Serve immediately with tortilla chips, grilled chicken, or fish, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
