Ingredients

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)

1 box (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (including the juice) with the yellow cake mix. Stir until the mixture is evenly moistened and no dry cake mix remains. Be careful not to over-mix.

Pour Batter: Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool: Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, carefully transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve: Once cooled, you can enjoy the cake as is or top it with whipped cream, coconut flakes, or your favorite frosting. Slice into squares and serve at room temperature or chilled.
