In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with 1 cup of BBQ sauce. Mix well and set aside.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onions and sauté for about 5 minutes until they become soft and translucent.
Stir in the corn and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Remove the skillet from heat. Spread the remaining 0.5 cups of BBQ sauce evenly over the pre-made pizza crust. Layer the BBQ chicken mixture on top of the sauce, followed by sautéed onions and corn.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses evenly over the entire pizza. For an extra kick, add garlic powder, smoked paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes on top of the cheese.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown around the edges.
Once baked, remove the skillet from the oven. Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley before slicing.
Cut into slices and serve warm.
